Art has always been prevalent in mankind. Human and art go together and cannot exist without each other. The human psychology has a blazing desire to create. Be it a small doodle at the side of your notebooks or a grand masterpiece as the Mona Lisa or the Last Supper. But when it comes to music, it has now become almost an impossible task to stay away from it. Be it in the car, listening to the songs played on the radio or jamming to our Spotify favourites, music has become inseparable. Music plays quite an important role in today’s life.

1. Music acts as a stress buster
It has been scientifically proven that listening to low pitch and slow tempo music reduces your stress and anxiety to a great level. It also reduces pain to some extent which is why you like to hear soothing music when you have a headache. So the next time you go for an interview, make sure to listen to some calming music beforehand.

2. Music helps you in expressing your emotions
There are time when people, especially youngsters, struggle to express their feeling and emotions. Music is a very powerful tool to express whatever you are feeling. Every music piece that is produced has a feel of its own. So when you start making music, you will be able to express yourself in an exceptional way.

3. Music makes us creative and makes learning more fun
